25 gm gula
25 gm marjerin
10 gm yis
5 gm softener
250 ml air sejuk....
Campurkan semua bahan dan uli sehingga tak melekat di tangan.
Rehatkan 10 minit. (yg ni kakyu bia dia jadi double.. terlajak sebab dok ghalit tgk tv)
Bahagi doh 120g setip satu. (kakyu buat 60 gm je so roti tu kecik dpt byk sket)
pastu rehatkan lagi 10 mnit.... ratakan doh masukkan dlm acuan atau loyang...biar naik 2x ganda..
bakar 190djh dlm 10 minit..jg lebih nanti rentung... roti ni cepat masak....
